Welcome to "part 3" of the journal, were now on Alpha and Omega 3: The Great Wolf Games

if you haven't read my 2 journals about this, I recommend start with  AaO look back: Alpha and Omega 1This has been popping up in my head and I figured I thought I'd make a "look back" at the past 5 Alpha and Omega movies, well the 6th one is coming up so let's begin with the 1st movie:
Ah..Alpha and Omega, the one that started it all way back in 2010, the first time I heard of this movie: I first time saw the trailer when I went to watch Shrek: Forever After that was showed on one of the trailers before the movie started, well Shrek 4 it came out in May 21, 2010. Then Alpha and Omega came out in September 17, 2010 which was 4 months later.
at very first and I mean "the first time" I thought to myself that: they remind me of Balto cause how they are sorta similar like:
Balto = Humphrey
Kate = Jenna
Boris = Marcel
idk others that match but I still wanted to see it for myself yet back when it was in development for the past 4 months as it finally launched to theaters.
I remem

but anyway let's begin:

1 year later after Alpha and Omega 2 released: the 3rd movie has been announced which they did even showed a trailer for it right here:

After I first saw that trailer, I was like shocked and hyped at same time seeing this but at first when I saw that bear cub's "voice deeper" I thought to myself: "omg the bear cub now hits puberty" although it turns out his name is Brent

so then this movie came out on:

March 4, 2014 (iTunes)
March 25, 2014 (US)
April 14, 2014 (UK)

After I first time I saw this movie: I was pretty impressed seeing more new characters in this movie like:

- Fleet
- Nars
- the other wolves
- the other goose
- the porcupine

but this got me a bit of a shock on what I first realized seeing the "new characters": I was shocked after realizing they are "a bunch of recolor characters" but I still gotta give them credit for that yet, especially when I watched the entire film.

Fleet is pretty much an interesting character but Nars man hes kinda a dick the way how he was at first to his son Fleet even pushes him too hard at first, this was my reaction what I first thought about Nars:

But later in the film: he no longer the way he acted to Fleet.

now I know there are some people that have "mixed opinions" about this one that some say it was good and some was all like "eh.." but for me personally: I give it a B-

But don't get me wrong I still liked this one yet especially seeing new characters in this sequel.

So what do you think about the 3rd one? did you love it? did you hate it? or somewhat? leave it down in the comments, stick around for "AaO Look Back: Alpha and Omega 4: The Legend of the Saw Tooth Cave"

honestly, this is the only movie in the franchise that i actually kinda hate. there are some stuff that i thought were.... okay, but this truly was a terrible sequel. the animation's awful and kinda rancid at times, the story's boring and insanely predictable, the plot's formulaic and has no surprises or twists to it, the way Nars tells his backstory comes off as annoying exposition, i hate the fact that all the other original characters never show up and don't even get a mention once, Kate's role in this movie was reduced down to only 10 minutes at the end and i truly CAN'T STAND Brent and Agnes!
i'm giving it a D. yea, not a F cause again there are some stuff that were decent on their own way (like i thought Claudette was really good in the movie, and her relationship with Fleet was cute and charming)
